Our journey begins with a kick-off call, where I provide curated vendor recommendations, planning tools, and resources based on your vision and budget.
Then, two months before your celebration, I'll step in to manage the final details, communicate with your vendor team, and bring everything together behind the scenes, so when the day arrives you can stop managing and start celebrating.
I’ll take care of things like:
- Managing vendor communications beginning 30 days out
- Access to Aisle Planner, a project management tool where I’ll share templates and checklists to keep everything organized and on track
- Building a master timeline with tailored versions for vendors, you, your wedding party, and your family, so everyone knows exactly where to be and when
- Creating a collaborative event style guide for my team to follow to ensure every detail you've planned comes together beautifully
- Wedding day management from the first vendor arrival until the last candle is packed away
